How It Works

The Audit

Our organization conducts audits of numerous governmental agencies nationwide to identify funds owed to private individuals and companies. The government does not actively notify citizens about such unclaimed money, except for publishing lists in newspapers or sending letters to outdated addresses on record.

The types of funds we identify are not included in the government-published lists; instead, they are buried deep within government records, unknown to 99% of citizens.

The search

Once we’ve identified the funds, we invest significant effort into locating the rightful owner(s). Our team, including attorneys, researchers, and notaries, collaborates with the agency holding the unclaimed money to secure its release.

Remember, if these funds remain unclaimed for too long, they are typically forfeited to the government agency holding them.

paperwork & payment

Once you speak with one of our Refund Claim Specialists and verbally agree to proceed, we will schedule a time for you to sign the necessary paperwork to begin the process.

Our firm operates on a contingency basis—meaning there are no upfront or out-of-pocket expenses for you, ever. We are paid only upon the successful collection of your claim. We handle all the work, assume all the risks, cover all the expenses, and navigate all the administrative hurdles to recover your money. If the claim is unsuccessful, you owe us nothing.

We will send a local notary to deliver the paperwork to you for your review, and you can overnight it back to our office. We start processing claims immediately and follow through until the end, keeping you informed throughout the entire process.
