The Preliminary Initial Audit

Our Center perform audits of local government records of governmental agencies located within various states throughout the U.S., and, if our organization determines that the governmental agency has funds belonging to you or a love one of yours, or a business entity, our Center would then pursue those funds on you or your loved one’s, or the business entity’s behalf. In all instances, the governmental agencies holding the Overages/Surplus Funds/Excess Funds, have varying legal requirements that must be undertaken for determining who is entitled to claim the Overages/Surplus Funds/Excess Funds; and, for claiming the Funds; and, in addition, the specific judicial or non-judicial procedures, have to be followed, for pursuing the said Funds.

The Claimant’s Authorization And Document Signing

Once our Center locates such Overages/Surplus Funds/Excess Funds, belonging to individuals or private companies, our Center then reaches out to such private individuals or private companies for obtaining their authorization for pursuing such Overages/Surplus Funds/Excess Funds. Once our Center gets the permission of the private individual or private company for pursuing the Overages/Surplus Funds/Excess Funds, our Center will then send out a local notary to deliver the paperwork for the private individual’s or private company’s review, and signing; and, once the documents are signed, notarized and returned by the local notary, our Center will then immediately begin the process of pursuing the Claim on behalf of the private individual or private company.

Claim Filing and Pursuit

Once our Center receives the signed and notarized documents, our Center will then pursue the Claim by filing the paperwork wither directly with the local governmental agency, or with the respective Court within the jurisdiction, where the governmental agency is located. Given such, our Center with retain the services of a local attorney, where applicable for filing the necessary Claim with the Court, as applicable. In addition, our Center will pay for ALL of the costs, expenses, and legal fees, with no out of pocket, or upfront cost to you, unless of our Center recovers the Claim, in which instance such costs, expenses, or legal fees, will then be reimbursed to the Center, from the Claim obtained, along with a standard Contingency Fee to the Center from the said Claim recovered. However, in the event that out Center’s pursuit of the Claim has been unsuccessful, such costs, expenses, or legal fees will be borne solely by the Center, at no expense to the private individual or private company.

Throughout the entire Claim process, our Center will keep all Claimants informed of the status of the respective Claim.
